What we do
Keeping a commercial property in good order means dealing with several kinds of work at once — grounds and pavement outside, cleaning and upkeep inside, and projects that come up in between. Handling each of those separately takes time that property and business owners would rather spend elsewhere.
S&F is the point of contact for those requests. Send the work our way and we facilitate everything — reviewing the scope, obtaining and presenting quotes, managing the work in house when appropriate, or scheduling and coordinating a qualified subcontractor.
How we work
Customers contract with and pay S&F. We remain the direct contact for scheduling, progress updates, multiple locations, consolidated invoicing, incomplete work, and customer concerns through completion.
When we use subcontractors, we review general liability insurance, workers' compensation, required licenses or registrations, W-9 and business registration, references, previous work, and ongoing performance. Providers must carry at least $1 million in insurance.
